Kingston Crescent Surgery

Just come off the phone, yet again after being told to call at eight then ten, then two. No help at all and come off the phone in tears. Some of the caller's are so rude.

Patient MOT.

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Just before my 70th birthday I was invited to attend for my "MOT" - all went well , but I was rather taken aback by the attending nurse`s surprise at my handing over a sample (in a very small receptacle provided 2 days previously by one of her colleagues) - she assured me that this would be processed in due course; I have my doubts.

The practice has recently tailored the online appointment facility to book specific procedures. I have regular B12 injections and for the first time I was able to book a specific B12 injection appointment with the HCA at Paulsgrove Surgery.

I’m not overly impressed with Crookhorn surgery as I never get to see my doctor I’ve been registered there for years and I think I’ve seen the Doctor 3 times
Well I’m disabled and I feel I need to see my doctor but the doctors prefer to do it on the phone if they can

Thank you for your feedback. With the ever-increasing demands on our services, it is simply not possible or, indeed, appropriate for all our patients to see a GP, particularly for urgent problems. All of our Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic Practitioners are fully clinically trained and supported by an on-site duty doctor if they need any assistance whatsoever.

Masks Not worn

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Some staff wore masks some were not wearing them.
They were coming in and out of reception from their working environment and also coming in from outside, all going behind reception where more than half were NOT wearing masks. A delivery was also recieved where the older man was wearing a mask and the younger man was not.
