Mixed review

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The doctors have been phenomenal. I very rarely need a doctor but after my first baby, I needed a couple of appointments.
Unfortunately, getting an appointment was almost impossible. If you work, you can't book an appointment unless you take time off for about 2 hours to wait on the phone. You then cant book time off for the actual appointment because you aren't given a time.
If you book online, that comes with the same issues.
If you go to the surgery in person, you have to wait outside in the rain for an hour whilst they 'check the system'.
It really is a shame as the doctors have been so great in such a difficult time.
Unfortunately I can't risk not being able to book appointments so i will be changing to a different practice.

Flu Jab

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I arrived unannounced at the Crookhorn Lane Surgery Monday afternoon, I asked the receptionist if I could book an appointment for the Flu Jab, I was asked to enter the surgery and sit down and within 10 minutes I saw the doctor who gave me a flu jab and also additional vaccinations which would benefit my long term health.

Great service from the nurse re my breathing problems and asthma

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Great experience from the nurse, she phoned on time and was very helpful and listened to my health issue with care and concern. She suggested I use a Peak Flow Meter - which was sent to me the next day - VERY impressive and helpful.

Lack of feedback

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

I have put in a request for zapain twice, both times cancelled my chemist then tells me its because you need a review.
i also cannot get an appointment, I'm waiting for knee replacement but since last Tuesday I have had major pain behind my knee and up and down my leg.
I keeping getting told there is no appointments please help.

It is a matter of prescribing safety that we don't keep issuing medication without regular review though we appreciate this often comes up, as murphy's law would have it, at the worst time! ReActivation of system online

The gentleman who answered my call was very helpful and patient, as this was the third time I had to contact the team, I had initially tried 5 times to get back into the account and was locked out, each time I tried to log back in I got into a pickle. I must say that each time I phoned the Customer Service was very good, but the guy on my last call talked me through the process very patiently.
