The treatment is uniformly excellent, and the introduction of on-line repeat prescription requests has proved useful and efficient, but the long delays for "non-emergency" appointments are a pain.

The worst thing is getting through on the phone. Awful. It is really a big problem getting through on the phone. Sometimes you are just about no 1 in queue and the line goes dead. Infuriating.

Thank you for your feedback. We regularly review call information to make sure we have the appropriate resource at appropriate times, however once you are in the queue you should not be cut off. Please contact the Operations team with details as we can ask our phone provider to investigate this.

First Experience at Kingston Surgery

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I transferred to Kingston Surgery from Hanway Rd Surgery in November 2020. Had my first appointment in the surgery this week. A telephone consultation led to same day appointment. Blood test taken and and ECG given all on-site. Blood test results on my on-line account the next day. Cannot fault the service and the time I was given.

Following day had a call offering me an appointment for my 1st Covid vaccination this week! Thankyou!

Nice practice

Many thanks for your feedback - whilst we appreciate some patients are medically exempt from wearing a mask, we do encourage these where possible and have distancing markers within waiting areas. I will follow this up with the Surgery Team Leader.

Lovely nurse

A very good service, have seen Mandy the nurse twice in two weeks and only had to wait a couple of minutes to be seen and Mandy was lovely, very clear and precise on instructions with my high blood pressure problem.
