The staff was very polite and friendly.

What I like is the welcome at the door, always lovely.

I had a very good and professional experience there and wouldn't hesitate to change my surgery to Somerstown.

Fortunately no waiting about for long period of time. I was dealt with very professionally and with care.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

Everyone was friendly and my blood test was done without any pain, bleeding or bruising afterwards.

When I was given an appointment at Somerstown surgery I ask for the postcode and address so that I could get to the surgery as I didn't know where it was, the postcode I was given was incorrect and therefore I arrived late for the appointment. I explained this to the guy on the door who then made a phone call, came back to me and said no nurse nurse deafly won't see you which I thought was unfair as it was not my fault that I arrived late which I Again explained to him but he just said no she said you're late it's your fault and then proceeded to tell me that I should just go to St Mary's walk-in centre, which in the end I had to do and eventually had my dressing changed after waiting, also I would just like to say that I have received a text this morning telling me that I did not attend my appointment at 12:30 at Somerstown surgery well I would think that this would have been sorted after the fact that I did turn up there and that I would not receive such a text! I have not replied to this text as I can't be bothered I think this system needs sorting out and the right postal and address given out when requested as to other people turned up while I was there saying exactly the same thing that they had gone to the wrong address as well!

I have good health and engage very little with the health services. As for mum's needs, I never feel entirely confident that I am using services to best advantage or approaching them as expected. However things are OK in a muddle through way and issues are resolved or just go away. However again, we should all be open to change, so if your services were improved on requiring change, I would deem this a 5 rating. I do not intend to be passive aggressive in this communication.

When I arrived at surgery for flu jab I was only one there I then waited 40 mind before the being seen.

Service very good and my lady Rachael made me feel at ease, blood appointment.

Excellent, very quick, nurse was lovely.

Very pleased to be called back so soon and in for a appointment, pleased with the outcome of the appointment.

Didn't have to wait long, appointment was early.

The admin staff and all medical staff have always been super efficient whenever I have needed their help.

I don't have any problems and all the staff are nice.

We were late for our few jabs last week but still accommodated us.

Don't go there much, won't knock it, been a tough year.
