Due to COVID we do endeavour to deliver care over the telephone, where possible and appropriate. We also offer patients the opportunity to contact us via econsult - https://portsdowngrouppractice.webgp.com/ for any routine or administrative queries. We are, of course, happy to see or patients when it is appropriate, but we are limiting face to face contact and footfall at our surgeries when possible, for everyone's safety.

Thank you for your feedback on the 'great' staff that we have here. We are sorry you had to wait so long - we can assure you that this is exceptional. At times we do have in house emergencies, and whilst we try to keep disruption to patients at a minimum, sometime it is outside of our control. We should also be able to send prescriptions electronically to your nominated pharmacy, to avoid any inconvenience to you

Blood Pressure

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

The process of arriving at the correct doses and level of treatment seem to take months, every time I observe a worrying change. This could be cut to a few weeks if face-to-face with a GP. The nurse who attended to me this time is efficient and obviously knowledgeable, but on occasions, some seem less experienced so less competent.
