This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Had the best check up when I was feeling very ill and pain in my tummy. The Dr I found was new to me but had all her time to try and think what what was going on in my lower abdomen, so thankful was able to be booked a scan on 5th December but thought it was an emergency as had gone there several times due to the same problem.

Hard to get through on telephone

The staff at Somerstown Branch are always very helpful and pleasant. It is just a shame they are let down by the telephone system and the inability to get through for help.

We recognise our phone system is not perfect and we meet very regularly to review data and implement appropriate changes / resource. If you need urgent help, you can get through - we are an appointment led service so the earlier the call the better, but we endeavour to provide advice and signposting to appropriate services when we are fully booked. Staff were very efficient and polite. My records were clearly properly updated as I was giver tetanus and mmr refreshers. The later were administered by a doctor who was very proficient and sociable.
