The new GP referral interface Anima, works great I had a call back within 40 minutes.. urgent gp appointment later that day I was taking my medication by the end of that day.. This is how it should work.. Very Impressed..

I put in a request for fitness note up date that ended Sunday 31/05. I was advised to request it not before 28/05, which I did that morning. I was then advised it would take 5 working day to receive it. I didn’t get it until 02/06. This caused stress as I had to explain to my work why the note was late. Surely I should have been advised to to request it from the 26/05 to account for my note ending on a Sunday and so I could receive it on Monday. Then I could avoid stress from work and having to explain that my OT was ill and I had to rely on my GP.
