Thank you for your feedback. You can still book routine appointments, they are limited due to COVID resources, but they are available. The difference is you can only book 'on the day' rather than a week ahead at present. We find this is much easier to manage whilst we experience higher than usual staff absences. You can also book them online

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and the dr and Nurse and who done my husband injection was nice but I had told the my husband had just had a fall outside and was badly shaken etc but they never even checked him.

From the time that a prescription was requested from the heart failure team it took 10 days for me to receive notification from the pharmacy that it was ready for collection. Considering that I have a serious heart condition I feel that this time period to be excessive.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to the high demand on GP services, it is regrettable, but necessary, for patients' to take ownership for ensuring timely requests for the medication they require. We would suggest your sign up for on-line prescription requests to avoid any delays.

It's a nightmare trying to get through to you. Waiting on line for about 20 mins. Once through you have to listen to all the options and when you want to speak to anyone on 4 you're told no one is available until 2 pm. Then You have to start again. Nightmare!

Thank you for the feedback. We have tried to keep things as simple as possible with our system. Of course, manning 5 lines is not easy and therefore we do try to stagger line times, to ensure appropriate resource is available to keep queues to a minimum. Our General Enquires line is open 2 - 5.30pm as you've quite rightly pointed out. We will try to make this clearer to patients through our various means of communication
