First impressions.....

Having just decided to ask about my flu jab whilst shopping at Aldi, I was impressed by the gentle but persuasive way we were directed to disinfect and queue before being allowed into the building.
Not only did we get a date for the jab - considering that it was almost (surgery) closing time, but we also were given appointments for blood tests, too. ( found out that I’m now borderline diabetic!). I wouldn’t have known that, otherwise!

Good choice of “partnering” it seems. Keep up the good work.

I found the receptionist very rude to me. I have a mental illness and I need to be able to understand the situation and I didn't hear my phone going off nor did my mum and the lady was arguing with me so I put the phone down, thats
my problem.

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. Bring back face to face.

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

It is getting too technical to contact the doctors for an appointment.
It is very hard doing it on the phone screen.
When you touch an incorrect button you get sent to a different screen and have no way of getting back.
