Diabetic Review

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Very good, efficient review with knowledgeable nurse. The order of the procedure has changed this year, so blood was also taken and I await the result (which will be be via a phone call).

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Appointment

Made an appointment for a flu jab, receptionist gave me an appointment card for Friday 9 October, Wednesday 7th text message saying I missed my appointment, went to surgery received an apology and a new appointment, while sat in the waiting room got a MJog reminder for an appointment at 1330 that day, questioned it with receptionist to be told it was for a tetanus booster which is fine if I had known about it.
Very inefficient.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

Asked the doctor about the injections in my knees in the first week of July he said I would have them by the end of July, went back in the first week in August yes 2 weeks they said it's now the 19/10 and still nothing. My doctor told me they were not doing injections at the minute then last week I've got some dr receptionist telling me it's because there not releasing the stuff that they inject into you.

I was a little nervous to be taking my 97 year old mother to a large surgery in the middle of the city for her flu jab, but we could not have been dealt with more efficiently. No waiting, very friendly service and we felt safe and comfortable throughout.
