Good but….

I went for my flu jab after booking it when prompted by text. On arrival I found that the signing in pad was after putting in my name and date of birth out of order, I then went to queue to find that it was a bit long. I have hip issues so it was quite painful for me to stand. When I got to the desk and said who I was and what I was here for she said instead of queueing I could’ve signed in at the pad and I said yeah, I would’ve done but it’s not working and she seem to be totally unaware that it was not working as there were a number of people queueing I thought or felt that they should’ve known that it wasn’t working and maybe put a sign on it to show that it was out of order.
