Difficult to get though on the phones.
Very rarely seen by a GP, not often seen by the same nurse / person if visiting the surgery for an appointment.

It was so quick and I felt very safe.

No problems. Very efficient and speedy. Felt safe and in capable hands.

Flu vaccination went fine very good service.
I would like to add I put in a repeat prescription to Bobats chemist Tangier road on Friday 18th I didn't get it till Friday 25th I tried to phone to or three times only to be told by your phone system that we our extremely busy please try again.
I think you to sort out your phone system out I went with out my prescription for three days.
I think you don't need phone hub for all surgery's just the doctors have visit loads of other people I have spoken to think the same it's a very bad service.

I recently attended Cosham Park Surgery and Crookhorn Surgeries for routine blood tests, Vitamin B12 injections, as well as MMR and tetanus prevention . This service was carried out efficiently and I felt that the level of patient care was high. Two days before my final b12 injection which was due on the Friday of the week I felt ill with sore throat and sneezing. I phoned Surgery to report this. It was agreed that I should stay away and re-book the b12 injection. On the following Monday I felt I had recovered and returned for my flu vaccination, receiving the final B12 injection at the same time. All seemed fine.
On the following day the cold-like symptoms returned and since then I have had a streaming nose, a hacking cough with mucus spitting - a really bad cold. I had been nowhere for three weeks or more apart from the Surgeries. The household was clear of infection until my Surgery visits. Now. one by one all the adults here are going down with it. My conclusion is that I picked up the cold at one of the Surgeries and brought it home. If this was the case, the question arises - If all the social distancing, hand sanitising and other measures closely observed by you, and by me, were not sufficient to stop the spread of a cold what chance have any of us got against the appearance of Covid 19?
My review does not seek to criticise, I am expressing my concern.

Very efficient service with friendly, professional staff.

Always friendly efficient and you always get to see the appropriate member of the medical team to deal with your problem.
Since the pandemic the staff have gone over and above to ensure you still receive medical advice.

Only went for flu jab, first time I have been since changes, very good fast service better than usual.
