Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Small and friendly

This is a review for Heyward Road Surgery & Practice

Heyward Rd surgery is small and friendly. I've always liked the atmosphere and it is easier to get to than Somerstown. It is clean and well organised. I've been going there for over 20 years and am very sorry that there are no longer any doctors there.

Covid, good practice being used at the surgery, you did feel safe and clean whilst waiting for the nurse. I was there for a flu jab, surgery had text me to come in for a free jab.
No problems.
