The surgery is great my only let down is phoning for an appointment at a certain time of day if you haven't rang between 10 and one then you have then you have to ring the next day.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Tricky finger

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Had the injection now and it’s a lot better. Realise during covid there were changes but did experience mixed messages from the surgery following my initial e consult. Conflicting reasons why I could not have my injection. Resulted in me contacting PCG who helped me to get to talk to the person who could finally sort it out.
5 stars for the speedy injection appointment after this.

Not impressed with "basic" referral to dermatology

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I have not been impressed that I've been begging for help with my photo-allergic reaction to my skin, I've been left in unimaginable pain and itching, I've been housebound during daylight hours and it's seriously impacted my quality of life. A gp at your surgery thought it was a lovely idea to only put me forward for a general referral and left no note of expediting my appointment because of the serious impact to my health. Which left the dermatology team the idea of taking their sweet time with seeing me. My allergic reaction has gotten worse and I'm not healing from it, yet your surgery feels I need no help whilst it's getting worse, and making me wait up to 2 years for a general referral. This is not only not okay, it's appalling to leave a disabled woman in this position, it's just shy of negligence.

Skin problem

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Dr. Whittamore of the Purbrook Surgery arranged for the appointment at Cosham Park House surgery on the same afternoon. The clinician that I saw was very thorough and arranged for me to visit dermatology at St. Mary's Hospital within two weeks. I attended the appointment and now have the appropriate medication.
