Friendly and safe

Very good customer service from the ladies on reception, lovely, caring and friendly!
The nurse who done my blood test was also lovely, very patient as it was hard to find a decent vein.

Administration Error

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Filled in online questionnaire, received phone call back within 24 hours informing me that I would receive a phone call between 8 am and 1 pm the next day from a doctor. NO call.
Phoned practice at 2 pm, told not on list to receive a call! refused to give explanation.
Complained via practice website and received reply stating that there had been an Administration error and that a face to face consultation had been booked and that My name had been "marked as not attending the appointment which we will remove immediately". If I had not complained I would still have had a mark against my name. Normally I would not have complained but glad I did.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

A service provided by the group as a whole

This surgery is the one that I would normally attend but in this instance I was to be seen by a doctor who specialised in the treatment of my problem at that time. I was satisfied with treatment I received and the care shown by the reception staff during this difficult time.

I was booked into wrong surgery

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I called up for an emergency appointment, I was told Kingston Crescent Surgery, only given 20 mins notice for the appointment so had to basically run to Kingston as I do not drive. When I got there they had told me I was booked in at Cosham! No way would I have been able to get there in 20 mins anyway, but I had confirmed with the staff on the phone 3 times that it was Kingston crescent surgery!
Lucky the staff at Kingston were lovely and were able to fit me in!

Crookhorn success

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Visiting surgery on first trip out of house, since March. All was fine including being met at door and having warm greeting and temperature check. Guided to cleansing Station and digital book in, then socially distanced seating for a short wait before I was called into consulting room. No problems and I returned home satisfied with outcome.
