I only went for a blood test, I got called in quickly and the nurse was nice. But I've still got a bruise after 8 days!! I've never had that before tbh !!

As always, Jayne was perfect. She did my blood test, which was painless, whilst asking me how I am, not only because she was genuinely interested but also to check on my health to make sure I was well and ok. I honestly can’t praise her enough. She is one of the nicest, kindest people I know. Thank you

Practitioners often have trouble finding a blood vessel to take blood from. However, the young man, on this occasion, had no problem at all and the blood test was done before I had realised!

Excellent from your clinician as usual, sorry but can’t say it for your practice. I tried to get an appointment with a doctor for husband's COPD 3 times, so pharmacists are doing the doctor's job now, so get rid of your doctors if you can find them and leave it to the clinician

I assure you that all of our GP's are very busy with appointments, and our Clinical Pharmacists are highly knowledgeable and have undertaken the relevant qualifications to be able to assist with any medication issues. They are there to relieve the pressure from our GP's, and it sounds that it is working very well. If you would like to see a GP then you will need to submit an anima request, which goes through to our triage team.
