Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Excellent COVID protocols in place

Brought my elderly mother who has dementia here, she was treated with dignity, patience and kindness. The surgery is clean and has excellent COVID protocols in place.

Pharmacist was fantastic

Your pharmacist called me to do a medication review and has possibly saved my life she had a chat withme then consulted the dr who then called ne and within 10 days I was seeing a heart consultant and been told i have angina i wd like to thank in person the pharmacist who called me please if possible

Kingston crescent surgery no complaints....its getting in there is the problem! Switchboard needs sorting out ....major concern with no recollection of an emergency phone call placed. Took eventually 3 days after another call to see a doctor!!!! Needs looking at!

Steroid injection

Was in a great deal of pain with my arthritic shoulder. My surgery wasn’t accommodating face to face appointments so arranged for me to visit Somerstown. Very professional, friendly staff and service and felt very comfortable with the safety aspect of my visit regarding coronavirus.
