Attended Nurse Appointment

I had to attend for a routine smear test. I am usually very apprehensive as I usually find it very uncomfortable and painful. However, this time it was not painful and very quick which was a relief.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.
