Even though consultations have been over the phone, all calls have been friendly and efficient, and all GP calls under such difficult circumstances have been thorough.

You take too long to issue repeat prescriptions and not helpful when I need an emergency prescription. Making me a disabled old man have to walk back words and far words between you and the pharmacy. You just keep saying phone the 'prescription hub' witch is only open for 1 hour a day!!!!!! It is a joke

The nurse was so lovely and informative, she made me feel at ease straight away, I can't remember her name unfortunately but she wore a spire uniform.

At least I had a review which has been missed for several years. The pharmacist was thorough and I was satisfied that he listened to my questions.

Was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get appointment because of current covid restrictions. Had a telephone consultation which lead to an appointment with a female doctor.
Extremely understanding and efficient. Even gave me a ring back call to confirm test results. Very satisfied.

I rang the surgery requesting my ultrasound sound results only to be told they weren't there. I asked if they could be chased up as a matter of urgency only to be told they didn't have time to chase patients results and I would have to do this myself. I called the hospital to ask if the results had been sent and they assured me they were sent the next day. I asked the hospital to resend the results to the practice which they agreed to send them to Hanway and the new practice on the NHS email. I re rang the surgery again to be told the same thing they didn't have the results and I would have to chase them up myself, which I informed the lady I had and the hospital were sending them through now and they should be on the system. The story goes on. Eventually after a month I finally get my results from a doctor who rung me not knowing why he was calling me. Apparently I should of been referred back to the hospital as they have found something in my scan. I'm not impressed with your lack of care or consideration of my health. This amalgamation of practic is a disaster, leaving patients in very vulnerable state. If you had a 0 on your chart you would score there. The only positive experience I had was when I phoned through to Hanway road and the receptionist was lovely. She answered the phone quickly and managed to get me in the same day for a blood test after talking to the nurse. Even though she was fully booked for the day she still found a slot for me. I thanked the nurse when I saw her , she was lovely. You really need to sort out this mess because I for one am looking for alternative practices and I know of a number of other people who are also appalled at the lack of care being received by you .

I live out of town and to see my nurse had to come to Somerstown surgery, Everything was perfect, people polite and helpful, it was just like being in my local surgery i.e. Crookhorn surgery. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
