The surgery is very well organised and the receptionist was very pleasant and efficient at these difficult times.
The nurse who took my blood was very thorough and chatted throughout.
All and all a very pleasant experience.

Very good surgery

Very good surgery. Only problem has been prescription line and general enquires only open 2 to 4 so usually a long queue and can be difficult.

Crookhorn Lane Surgery

Terrible trouble with getting medication and still not enough folic acid on repeat prescriptions. Had to send complaint letter around these issues. I have had no changes to repeat prescription so I do not understand, why.
