In the recent weeks, it has been easier to ask for a duty call. My issues have been listened through thoroughly and appropriate advise and support has been offered.
The GPs and nurses have treated me with care and consideration and I am much appreciative of this .

Prescription review

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was treated with respect with regard to my prescription and medication etc, but find that telephone consultations quite difficult, not as good as discussing face to face and having a regular Named Doctor as contact at the surgery. obviously not always practical.
I am well aware of the present difficulties that the medical sector are having and thank all staff for coping so well in the circumstances.

Reception

Due to coronavirus the usual system for accessing the surgery has changed. One receptionist admitted me and took my temperature. She did not tell me where i should wait and when i returned from the toilet i asked another receptionist. She appeared very irritated about my question and was bordering on rude.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you find our Reception staff to be rude we would like to assure you that all of our staff are fully trained in customer care. They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse.
