I was very happy with the service throughout the pandemic..got through on phone fine, quick call back, in for blood test same day, results the next day and started well needed B12 supplement injection that day also. So very impressed.

Medication review

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

On my repeat prescription i was concerned to see that a medication review was required, called to arrange, was told to call again between 10 and 1 or do an online consultation, called surgery again but was unable to arrange review, decided to make request on my repeat medication on line, first time had a call back from clinitian second time repeat was renewed, i am sure there must be others who have been in the same situation.

Diabetes

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I got a letter from you about a diabetes test, I spoke the very helpful receptionist and I am in Hanway Road surgery, and I should home that surgery, She was so helpful I was so impressed I was wondering if I can use the Kingston Road before the end of year. I can't even get through to the receptionist.
I also have a growth on my lip that needs looking at. Thank you

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I am a patient of Hanway Road which is merging with Portsdown Group Practice. I phoned Hanway Road and Carl from Portsdown Practice phoned me back. Another time it was one of the GP's after an e-consult and I have spoken to a receptionist at Cosham Park. All three were pleasant, professional and helpful. I cannot comment on the Surgery itself.

Excellent considering the global pandemic

The efficiency and speed of me seeing a nurse was excellent. Barely had time to sit down before I was called in. Plenty of space in the waiting area and everyone adhering to social distancing.
