Blood test
This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery
Very easy, although wearing a face mask in the waiting area on a hot day and having known breathing problems due to my asmatic condition, made it somewhat uncomfortable.
The blood test was carried out very efficiently and with no discomfort.

Service was quick and efficient. GDPR was respected. The Gp ensured she read my notes before dispensing medication. Also given further advice on what to do if medication did not resolve problem!

My mum came for her health check and blood test, the nurse that looked after her was amazing, she really looked after her as she hadn't attended this surgery before, well done ladies.

Routine appointment
This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery
Was met at the door by the receptionist who asked if I had any covid symptoms and had my temperature checked. Then I was admitted to the surgery and after a short wait in an empty room seen by the nurse, and had a routine blood sample taken. All this was slightly new and different but easy to follow.

Bloodtests and bloodpressure check

The surgery was extremley organised taking into account covid 19 safety. I waited approx 5mins before I was seen by the nurse and my bloods and bloodpressure check was taken quickly with all safety precautions in place.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.
