Great doctor
This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery
I had hormone and skin problems it was making me feel so down and terrible .. old treatments wasn't working anymore. The last lady doctor was great ;. Made feel at ease through examination and the skin treatment I received worked in two days ..I'm over the moon and feel so much better.

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery
I only became a patient at the surgery earlier in the year. All of the dealings I have had have been good and positive. The staff are extremely pleasant and I am impressed that my medical record was reviewed and annual blood test picked up.

A pleasant experience
This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery
This was the first occasion to use this Surgery, as a former Stubbington Avenue patient. It is a great improvement on both the latter and Hanway Road Surgery. Despite the present difficulties, the reception staff were pleasant and polite, as was the Medical Practitioner I saw.

Have had amazing service so far
This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery
After recently transferring to this surgery from the University surgery I've been very happy with the service from them so far.
Even during covid-19 lockdown I was booked an appointment for health checks for the next day.
They have been incredibly responsive and I find their econsultation makes everything so much easier to seek help and advice.

I have been coming to the surgery recently for some B12 injections and initially I was very anxious but all of the Receptionists and Nurses have all put me at ease. They have been extremely helpful and friendly. The service has been great and I would highly recommend this surgery.

Review of medication ordering and telephone GP review of medication
This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery
At first I had a problem with online ordering of medication thinking I had ordered but then finding I had not. Now I am more used to this all Is OK. Staff were helpful. Difficult due to the covid19 crisis but I don't like having to yell out my name and address from a distance in the chemist attached to the surgery, ( confidentiality ). Telephone medication review with GP helpful. Overall all good. Thank you all for your care.

Was phoned up and told I needed a medicine review, they said 7 30 cosham park house, I went there at the agreed time they were only just opening, was then told they do this over the phone, no one told me this when they phoned, maybe a little more attention needs to be paid by reception staff and explain things more?

In trying to arrange an appointment for blood test I had to ring back once and had to go through a long introduction again. It would be good if you had set time to ring for blood test on a different line.
When you do get through everything goes ok just the waiting around on the end of the phone.
PS better music while waiting would help.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.
