Had no problems, social distance in waiting room good, didn't wait long, got another blood test next week, had a choice of other surgeries for blood test, I asked for paulsgrove again, which I got, no problem

1st of four to be planned visits

I attend Crookhorn Surgery for a jab in my tummy, all OK and very quick. No problem.
However trying to phone to book an appointment during the week 15-18 June it has been impossible to get an answer. Only a continuous and repeated recorded option menu

Thank you for your feedback. There are times of day which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure. However, if you wish us to investigate further please contact the practice.

Fasting blood test

Upon arrival I was asked to put my mask and clean my hands. I took a seat and waited to be seen. The blood test was done professionally by a very polite nurse and I was soon leaving the building.

Getting an appointment

Getting an appointment by phone to see anyone Is an ordeal and I’ve found fruitless. I’ve reverted to emailing but even then I had an email go unanswered for nearly two weeks so I had to use the online form to apply again for a call.
