Instructions were easy to follow, the receptionist was polite and her instructions were clear and easily understandable. Waited for a few mins, the doctor who saw was very polite explaining everything clearly.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you find our Reception staff to be "rude" we would like to assure you that all of our staff are fully trained in customer care. They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. Thank you again for your feedback, which will be shared with our Surgery Reception Teams.
