Even though I’ve got there a bit early, I was still seem very quickly. The nurses were excellent in their job - they got on with it and I was in and out in no time. Thank you.

Understanding treatment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I had a heart attack in February which was hard for me to cope with and I have other things wrong as well. But every time I report to the doctors what is happening to me I get new tests and an explanation which is great.

This visit was good. Sometimes the receptionists are not very helpful but the lady I saw was great. The diabetic nurse was friendly and she did my flu injection as well.

The lady who took my bloods was lovely. However she didn’t know what bloods I needed taken as diabetes nurse had not put it on the system, so she decided to do full bloods.

I’ve received an excellent service from Carole who is a nurse at Kingston Crescent. I’ve required repeat visits to heal a wound and mentioned today how refreshing it is to be able to see the same person every time, so they can monitor progress. A big thank you to Carole and to the doctors.

Cosham Park House Surgery - Very poor service

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

This new system doesn't work when we do phone up sometimes the Receptionists can be very sarcastic and rude on the phone because we cannot get on the link. We should be able to book are appointment over the phone like we did before you got to understand the nurses are not doctors they do do a good job but things like ears and other things they are not trained for this .
