The doctor who I saw last week was absolutely delightful and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all and I was listened to carefully. Additionally, the person on the 'front desk' was friendly and helpful in finding me an additional appointment. Thank you both very much.

Crookhorn Surgery - B12 Appointment

Your electronic book in screen did not tell me where I had to wait. I don't usually visit your surgery and didn't realise you sit further up for the nurse. I asked where I should sit only when I saw other people go there. I was ignored the first time as the receptionist was typing. I didn't mind waiting but she could have just said one minute please or something equally polite. I wasn't sure if she could hear me but she did. Manners cost nothing.

Everything fine with B12 nurse and appointment. Very good, as usual, no matter where I have my B12

The young lady was very helpful and understanding of my dilemma. I was quite panicked I didn’t have enough statin tablets before my next blood test and she explained how to request further tablets. I much prefer speaking to someone as I’m not very good with your new app to request things.

Cosham Park House Surgery - Time wasters

Every time I attend a review/health check/medication review/immunisation, within minutes they ask me to book for blood test/health review/immunisation. Why not do tests and reviews etc together. My time is valuable to me, as others. We can't all afford to keep taking time off to attend two minute appointments.

Doctors surgery was fine and the room was comfortable. I came in to get a mole removed from my scalp. The doctor removed the wrong mole though.

Kingston Crescent Surgery

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I am not sure what it was for unless it was for the flu injection. Efficient and friendly staff. But not liking the new system online as nanny people will suffer through it! Also there are no continuity, follow ups with hospital letters communication which I am very disappointed with! The caring and support for patients is no longer there and feel very sad of years PAYE into the NHS system and now been let down with all the changes.
