Thus staff at this surgery are always polite friendly and helpful.
I was greeted by a lady at the door today asking about temperatures and coughs. She then fetched my sick note that has been provided by the surgery.

Review of my medication, doctor asked lots of questions about how I was feeling, how I felt, how new medication was for me.
Dr Manning was very thoughtful and humorous and answered my questions as well as informing me of a few things I didn’t know but was grateful to hear.

I was so worried about the appointment as my issues are very private and embarrassing to me to the point it took me two years to have the courage to go, the doctor was amazing did not flinch or make me feel uncomfortable in anyway, I felt so happy after seeing her thank you so much.

You fail to support people with life time conditions and all this having to keep proving condition causes child protection and you just don't care about people's fears or feelings and you put people in danger copying wrong paper work and basically put families at risk to social care and don't even out reports together.

Thank you for your comments. We do, of course, recognise the clinical benefits of providing continuity of care to our patients and, wherever possible, we do provide this. However, due to the well-publicised increasing demand on Primary Care, this is regrettably not always possible. All of our clinicians have access to full patient clinical records which ensures that they can make properly informed decisions regarding a patient's care.

Thank you for your feedback. With the ever-increasing demands on our services, it is simply not possible or, indeed, appropriate for all our patients to see a GP, particularly for urgent problems. All of our Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic Practitioners are fully clinically trained and supported by an on-site duty doctor if they need any assistance whatsoever.
