I went for a blood test and all was fine I have no complaints. My only complaint about the surgery is that it is very difficult to get an ordinary routine appointment. I have a mental illness too and I don't feel I am monitered regularly now that I am not under a psychiatrist.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

My Experience

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Having been registered for some six months at the Practice and made only two visits to the surgery, one for Flu and tetanus injections the other for a consultation my experience is limited. This said, both visits were on time, very professional and with satisfactory outcomes.

Good treatment and service

I see the nurse regular and always get good treatment, nurses are very caring and always tell you everything you need to know. If they are worried or can’t deal with a problem that has developed they will get the appropriate doctor in or an answer asap. They are worth their weight in gold.

Professional and efficient

Attended CPH surgery for final tetanus booster, with no appointment needed. Was called by doctor after waiting 5 minutes and out after another 5. So no complaints, procedure carried out quickly and efficiently.

Re-ordering if my repeat prescription and asking got a letter from the Dr.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Th re-ordering of my repeat prescription service was very efficient - and I am now going to register to do this online. I also wrote a letter addressed to Dr. Ozzard or Dr Kyd, asking for a letter from them as I have had to cancel speaking at the European Social Science Conference to be held in Leiden next week, 20th March, since I needed a medical note for the insurance to claim back my fully paid up conference fee and accommodation. The receptionist kindly phoned me up about this. Much praise dealing with these matters so efficiently. Thank you.
