Came for a blood test but after 3 goes the nurse couldn't find a vein. I have had to book another appointment and more time off work.

Poor prescriptions service

Surgery is okay, staff are nice. Prescription service is terrible. I constantly have problems with it. I've never had such problems before with an online service. It's terrible and not fit for purpose

Meds review

Couldn’t get through on phone for meds review, constantly engaged then long time in queue
Also when turning up for appointment the receptionist said there wasn’t one booked, took her ages to find it was.
Then blood pressure machine wasn’t working properly and so don’t know my results as no doctor could check it on day.
