With my diabetes the surgery are right on top of it with regular check ups and medication. The staff couldn't be more helpful and only too pleased to answer any questions I may have.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Not best pleased.

In October 2019 I tried making an appointment, I was 21 in queue and after 20 mins I was next in queue, when the phone was answered I heard a little background noise and then I was hung up on without speaking to anyone, I tried a few more times and my wife tried and was also hung up on more than once, when she finally spoke to some she was told to call back because appointments are only given at certain time of day, I gave up trying to get an appointment at that time. This year I was in so much pain I went to a walk in centre and then after that my wife finally managed to get me an appointment, to cut a long story short after seeing a paramedic not a doctor I was referred to hospital for an X Ray and then a ct scan, it turns out that I have cancer again, this would have been diagnosed much earlier and the cancer wouldn't be so extensive. I feel they failed me in a big way as not only have I been living with pain but also because the pain is caused by cancer.

I had a fall on holiday which did damage to various parts of the body, on my return home phone for same day appointment. Duty doctor phone back straight away and after explaining what had happen she booked in for the nurse, who checked me over and dressed my injuries.
