I was thankful for the prompt service

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I called last week with an ear and sinus problem, l had a call back from the Dr very soon after and was asked to go in that day. I had to call back a few days later as the medicine wasn't helping, and again had a call back. My meds were changed and am hopeful thinks are getting better. I was thankful for the prompt service.

Thank you for your feedback which will be shared with our team. We are constantly monitoring, our staff levels and matching resources to anticipated demand thereby reducing the queues at reception. All our surgeries have self-check-in screens which are proven to reduce queues and we encourage all our patients to use this if possible.

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. Could not ask for more

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I have been a patient of the Portsdown group of surgeries for many years, I have never had any complaints regarding their professionalism, code of conduct or their discretion.
My current main surgery is the Crookhorn practice and I could not rate them high enough, they are 100% efficient in what they do, whether it be booking an appointment, arranging a repeat prescription or just giving general advice. they are great at what they do, please never change.

I live in Southsea and this surgery was the only option I had in getting an appointment. I was very pleased to be seen at such short notice, luckily enough i could drive there. The surgery had a decent car park and I was welcomed at reception.

Wrist pain

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Needed to visit the doctor with on going wrist pain. First time i have seen a doctor in years how things have changed, met the doctor who had a look at my wrist looked up my file and told me to make a appointment at the QA for an X ray just to be sure. I feel really sorry for all the doctors who work here, so little time to spend with people, sad.

Great to be seen by the doctors

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Shame I got a £40 parking fine as I was waiting a long time for the nurse and then at the chemist.
The nurse practitioner listened to my needs asked for the doctor to come see and together they worked out a plain of action to help me get better, as always can’t fault Portsdown group practice
