Thank you for your feedback, we are currently working hard to reduce our 'Do Not Attends,' in October at Kingston Crescent 135 appointments were not attended, this is a total of lost clinician time of 55.3 hours or 2.3 weeks, an average cost of £1,729. If these had been cancelled more appointments would have been available to others.

Blood Test for Sugar Levels

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I was asked to book for a blood test to check my sugar levels as they have been slightly high in the past.
Bloods were taken with no problem and results were received the following day. All good news.

Afternoon appointment

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Booked telephone call, Dr phone as advised explained reason for call, he made appointment for following afternoon, logged in via electronic system at door, short wait, Gp checked out symptoms and sent letter to hospital for further examination. Appointment received in less than a week now awaiting operation on hand to remove lump.

Surgery called for routine blood test which has come back abnormal, the surgery phoned and made an appointment for me. I was pleased and grateful that the appointment has been made for me .

A Very Friendly Surgery

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

The Doctor that I saw listened to my description of my problems. She took some Blood Pressure and Temperature readings, made an assessment of my condition and then gave advice as to what I needed to do next. I felt comfortable in her presence and left the Surgery feeling in a positive frame of mind.

Capable and informative GP

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I received vaccinations from a very capable and informative GP the day I went in. Great. But I think you know that generally, GP visits are impossible to book at this clinic in particular. When I lived in Southsea and used a different clinic, it was quite different.

Surgery and chemist Crookhorn lane.

All doctors nurses and receptionist's treat you like a real person not just a number. The only small issue would like to be able to phone direct to surgery and not through different switchboards.

Request for repeat prescription

Has taken me over 3 weeks to get a repeat prescription. Have just been told that it "got stuck in the system".
No-one really seems to care at this practice. Frustrating beyond measure. No wonder my blood pressure is always sky high when I visit!
