Booster of Tetanus & MMR Jabs

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Walked in for Booster for Tetanus & MMR Jabs which I had had 4 weeks previously with the Flu Jab.
Only waited about 10 minutes, all done with no problems.

Doctor was late getting to surgery. Seemed very rushed. Was told I'd need xray and that I would have to sort that out. Was told to lose weight even though already lost 13st. Not sure I'd like to go back

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Normally a visit to the surgery is fine, but requests from the chemist for repeat prescriptions usually results in delays especially for my wife who never gets her prescriptions when promised.

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse.
