Why oh why are the receptionists SO miserable!! Extremely unfriendly and literally never smile! I totally understand it isn’t an easy job, but seriously why can’t they at least say hello?! I’ve said this over and over again but nothing changes. I apologise for being so frank, but they are rude and make you feel like you’re being an inconvenience. On a positive note, the doctors are amazing.

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. Walk in for Blood Pressure, MMR and Tetanus Jabs

Flu jab

Pleased with speed and professionalism, asked at reception for flu jab, sent me to wait outside room. There was a problem so that Doctor was required ,so a nurse called me to her room and gave me my Flu jab .

I received a text message from the surgery to say they would like to "check my blood pressure" on a machine in reception. I attended on the same day as the text and had my blood pressure taken which was deemed high by the machine. I gave my results to the receptionist. I am waiting for a call to see if I need to return.
