Poor NHs services

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

As with most NHS services, you get to go through hell in order to get to see a doctor. My kids have severe stomach aches and for 4 weeks we have received any proper attention. No medications, no proper examination to ascertain what’s wrong with them. It’s heartbreaking.

Parking

I received very good treatment but I am unable to walk far and as you only have 2 disabled parking spaces I can rarely park

Lack of communication

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I have booked appointment for coil removing and insertion of the new one for the same day.
Have rang around 4 weeks before to confirm that appointment is for removing and insertion at the same day, person on the other side of the phone confirmed that appointment is for removing and insertion. When arrived for appointment I was asked if I am here for a smear test. Lady said that she can remove the coil for me but she cannot insert a new one.

Lightheadedness

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The appointment ran a bit late. The attending GP appeared to be impatient as they disclosed the diagnosis after the patient described their symptoms and condition, using a medical term, which is foreign to them and roughly explained it in a sentence or two. Then they asked the patient, "if that makes sense?" which did not make sense at the start until they searched in the medical term and showed a diagram, after the patient asked the diagnosis and its cause.

Problems re my med's
