Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Quick, but thorough

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I saw Dr Mariam.. She was quite quick, but thorough. She listened to what I said, acted upon it and I was on my way in a short time. I had to book an appointment for a blood test, also had a letter in the post 2 days later to book an appointment with dermatology.

Attended walk in clinic for flu jab, in less than 30 mins I was in and out, I wasn't aware that I needed other injections as well they were brought to my attention and done at the same time, absolutely fantastic service .

I gave a blood sample. After the usual automated check in, I waited in number 3 waiting room for at most a couple of minutes before being called in by a very friendly member of staff. Within 5 minutes, I was on my way again. Excellent service.
