Recent flu and tetanus jabs

Waited only a short while, then because I have Parkinson’s and need help getting jacket off, my wife and I went in together. All then very fast, both jabs in top of arm while still standing up and coat half off. Felt a bit ambushed tbh. Sure doctor only trying to be efficient.

Picking up medication

I'm surprised how quick our medication goes through with no hassle it's made a big difference compared to our old chemist.

I was impressed

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I was impressed with the swift and efficient work and support of staff. I was seen quickly. I was listened to and signposted to where I could access the support and treatment needed. I’ve seen a GP who was fantastic and amazing. Without his time I wouldn’t have received the bereavement support I needed. When I’ve had appointments with the nursing team they’ve been equally as good.

I was very happy that repeat prescriptions can be ordered via the website but very disappointed that you can't make an appointment to see the doctor only make an appointment to see the nurse. Video calling would also be a great service between the doctor and patient also.

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. Vaccinations

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Well I brought my wife to the surgery for her to receive her flu jab and was told that not only I was due one but also tetanus, pneumonia and mmr. So beware.
Seriously though, very good. The surgery staff are extremely helpful and considerate.

Thank you for your feedback. With the ever-increasing demands on our services, it is simply not possible or, indeed, appropriate for all our patients to see a GP, particularly for urgent problems. All of our Nurse Practitioners and Paramedic Practitioners are fully clinically trained and supported by an on-site duty doctor if they need any assistance whatsoever.

First class service

I was surprised to get an appointment which I am very grateful for.
The Lady Doctor I saw I thought was first Class.
Blood and Urine test taken phoned me back after the results were known and gave me a prescription and ultimately I am to have a further blood test and have been booked in for an Ultra Sound Scan at QA. All I can say is Thank you for a first class service.

The doctors are lovely and can't do enough but your receptionist are rude aggressive unhelpful they never smile, I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and I can honestly say I would never offer any of your receptionist a job. The only nice receptionist was one that came from another surgery and helped out for the day.
