Visited for flu and tetanus injection. Apart from a slight wait everything went smoothly.

The reception team are good natured and helpful. The appointment was on time and the nurse was full of good humour and re-assuring.

I had to wait a while to get the test but when I arrived at the surgery, it was straightforward to book in using the machine . I did not have to wait long and the person taking the blood was friendly and professional.

My experience is seeing the nurses is brilliant, trying to get an appointment to see a doctor is virtually impossible.

Overall I can't complain about treatment sometimes its very difficult to get appointments but I suppose its like it everywhere and being older, I can remember when things were so different.

I have always been satisfied with the treatment I have received, the doctors are very professional always.

The medical staff and clerical team provided excellent service.

Always found reception friendly, less waiting, excellent and efficient practice.

The Dr was very good. She listened and gave me an solution immeditely. She was friendly polite and put me at ease instantly.

You have to wake weeks for a appointment.
You ring after 8 in morning and the appointments are gone.
I have asthma and not seen a specialist nurse for awhile.
Would like it to go back to the old system again where you can get the appointment and help you need.And the government need to do something about it
Closing surgerys all over the whole health system is so bad.
Not many doctors nurses and other health workers.

I thought the doctor I saw was amazing, very thorough and a great consultation. I do believe the front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. I find them off hand and rude. They do not demonstrate any level of empathy and, in my opinion, don't act as great ambassadors for the surgery. A smile and a please / thank you really wouldn't go a miss. I have sat and observed other patients being dealt with in a similar manner. My sister has recently moved to the area and I recommended the Kingston Crescent surgery. Her first interaction with the front desk staff was again negative. I genuinely think they could do with some training around 'working with members of the public' .... very off putting. Sorry guys.

The practice is always helpful and friendly.

I found the nurse very informative and very helpful, I couldn't be more grateful.

I was marked as arrived immediately, took a seat for about 30 seconds, and was called straight through to see the nurse. Can't really ask for anything more than that!

Nursing staff were excellent.

After 1 hour of trying to get through to the surgery on the group practice number for an urgent appointment, I resorted to go to the general enquiries number which answered quickly. After a bit of discussion it was agreed to let me have a telephone call back. I did then receive a call back very quickly and received an immediate appointment.

Very swift. Everything explained well. Extra immunisation offered and delivered.

So...................I had an appointment on Wednesday afternoon at 17:00 for my B12 injection, which takes 2 minutes to be done. At 16:15 that afternoon I receive a text saying I had missed my appointment at 15:40 that day. I was in Aldi shopping at the time, ready to walk into the Drs to get my B12 done. I went in there and told the receptionist the situation, she listened but said 'No you've missed your appt because it says on our system that you were due in at 15:40'. I had to ask her to go and see the Nurse to make sure she would fit me in as I can't go without this injection. Luckily for me the Nurse said she would. It was not my error but either the computer system OR the receptionist that made the appt. I even had a piece of paper that gets printed out with 17:00 on it. It has happened before, and I would not have arranged a time in the middle of the afternoon. Not only can't you get an appt to see a Dr when you want one, you then get told you've missed appt's when you haven't. I have been in there before and been told by the actual Dr that they haven't got time to go through a little list of systems so just say the one thing that I think is most important. Sadly this is how major illnesses get missed and a patient becomes more ill. I would like to add that the receptionist did try her best once I made out I wasn't wrong and that I needed the jab, and the HCA that did my jab was lovely.

I was seen on time, polite friendly staff.

Bit of a wait 30 in queue but managed to get an emergency appointment and was seen by a fantastic doctor who sorted out and more every question and sorted out problems with top class results saving a trip to the hospital. Many thanks.
