It's a very friendly surgery. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. However the waiting time for me was nearly an hour after I got to see the doctor and this appointment was an emergency appointment.

Cant book appointments online except for bloods and smear tests and only 2 weeks in advance doesnt help with work schedules and life

The doctor who did my treatment was great but I was not happy that I wasnt told at the front desk that I had to have 3 jabs. I was only told as I was being given the treatment.

Review of new medication prescribed.

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

On ringing the surgery for a routine appointment I was able to get an appointment for the following week without any trouble. The GP I saw was very thorough in reviewing whether I was on the right medication and answered all my questions fully, he appeared interested in what I had to say and couldn’t have been more helpful. I have been with the Crookhorn surgery for many years and have always been happy with the service they provide.

They are absolutely despicable. They sent referrals to the wrong place, impossible to discuss with anyone, phone umber always busy and when I called the Emergency Number got the message “We are receiving a high volume of calls, please call back later” and that was at 8am. Called several times and got the same message. Been in to the surgery in person several times, made no progress.
