It takes ages to get through to them on the phone. I have waited over an hour and it's unacceptable. This was not the first time, it is recurrent.
Then when you go to the appointment it take at least 30min to 45min to be seen even though you booked yourself an appointment. Again it's appalling.

After only a very short wait, my wife and I were called in and given our injections. At the same time, we were offered to have our tetanus immunisation brought up to date and this was done immediately. Two birds killed with one stone! (Apologies to any RSPB members reading this.)

Saw a delightful female Dr called Tia. She was excellent and I can’t commend her highly enough.

I recently had an appointment at Cosham Park House surgery. The appointment was prompt, with effective instructions on a modern screen. GP Dr Swindells was professional, caring and efficient at helping me during my appointment and could not have done any more to help. She was polite and friendly and made me feel at ease. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the facility itself was welcoming.

The staff are very kind, patient and helpful and do whatever they can to try and compensate for the evident under funding and staff shortage.

Good phone manner, polite and quick to respond to your needs.

Very polite, listens, can get a appointment, the nurse Lisa Wallace is absolutely lovely.

Appointment on time

This was the first time I have used a surgery outside of the armed forces for a repeat prescription. The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout.

Doctor, Simon was excellent. Apologised for delay.

I was contacted by the surgery after a Leg XRay, asking me to phone for a routine appointment with a GP. However despite ringing on numerous occasions, every time I was asked to call back on another day. When I did so, I was told there were no appointment's available and to call again on another day when new appointments should be released. Two weeks later I eventually managed to secure an appointment. I have already raised a complaint on line. This is really a dire situation. Whilst I fully appreciate how busy the doctors are surely it would have been more appropriate had a doctor actually called me initially in place of a receptionist. Or that an appointment was offered to me during the initial telephone conversation? It was all rather distressing and I would respectfully suggest that the surgery phases in some open sessions where patients could simply come along, obtain a number, sit and wait to eventually discuss their problems with a GP. My other thoughts being that there is never any consistency as I can never see the same doctor twice. However, the doctors I have seen before have been very patient and understanding.

It took me over 2 weeks to get an appointment, I was on the phone for 50 minutes only to be cut off when I got to the front of the queue. The appointment system is frustrating, long and painful. I was prescribed medication by Dr Lang which will last me 2 weeks with no mention of a follow up appointment to assess if the tablets are working or how to get more despite the label on the box saying do not stop taking these tablets. Very poor.

The doctor who saw me was very good, quick spotting problem, got me ambulance and in to hospital.

Fast and efficient service with smile.

It's difficult to see a GP but the doctors I've seen have been very good.

I was seen on time and the nurse was very good at her job and good with the patients too. Made to feel at ease.

I am fed up seeing different doctor that I do not no .and I've been in and out of hospital since march the doctors have failed me nobody knows where my abuse that's comes out .on the out side of my face .when I try to get antibiotics and I got no body to bring me I've suffered .the best doctor is munnery he listen and understanding, for doctor munnery I would give a 5,but the rest thats failed me I would score a 1
