Nurse was kind, professional and courteous. She drew my blood perfectly on first attempt, very little pain. This was the second time I've seen this particular Nurse and both times she's been friendly and made the experience quick and painless.

Recent Appointment

Appointment was good but needed a blood test and that waiting list was ridiculous. Had to go to my local hospital, now we know why our hospitals are full and a&e as you can’t access the doctors system. Working full time I haven’t got time to sit in Quueing system which I think caters for the non workers only, dont know who came up with this system but it is failing the working class.

Appointment

Well when you ring up you can never get an appointment. I rung up in the morning to the reception telling me there was no appointments left and surgery is shut in the afternoon go to walk-in then put the phone down on me, shocking service.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Kingston Crescent Surgery is easy to get to on a bus. The surgery's reception is light, airy and welcoming. I was seen by a friendly nurse who took bloods efficiently and answered my questions regarding a flu jab.

Routine B12 appointment

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

I waited 7 weeks for my routine B12 appointment at my nominated surgery. As a result I was 3 weeks out of schedule.
Most weeks during August-September the surgery was closed and on other days only one day was allocated for nurse appointments

Annual Flu injection

A walk in appointment for a flu jab. Quite a long wait in reception, but only a short wait to see duty doctor.
Surprised to be informed I also needed a tetanus injection. Both injections carried out promptly.
