A good quick visit

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I went in on a Friday and booked an appointment for the following Friday. I saw a young lady doctor who I had not met before. She seemed to think the same as me that it maybe Bowen's disease. She has referred me to Dermatology. While there I asked her if my stomach bloating seemed okay, as I have had Ovarian/Liver/Omentum cancer, she immediately examined me saying all was fine. Before leaving she had a syringe at the ready in her hand to give me my annual flu jab. I only go to the doctors if I can't cure myself. A good quick visit.

Helpful and polite

Really nice and listened to my questions

I'd had a sinus infection for 5 days my face and eye was swollen because of it. I rang to get Emergency appointment at 2 I rang back at 5.15 concerned it was getting late and I hadn't had a call and wouldn't be seen . The man on switch board was obnoxious and belittled me for ringing back and told me of course you will be seen. Doctor Chowdry rang me back at 6.30 and told me she wouldn't see me and that if it was that bad go down to the walking in, I told her I was struggling even walking and couldn't drive because of the pain in my head and face she then told me to get a taxi! I rang my son who was at work and he had to leave work to take me.

Easy and convenient

I called in unannounced for a flu jab and was offered a tetanus booster in addition. I waited ten minutes before the jabs were administered and I was on my way. Easy and convenient.

Pick up repeat prescription for my wife was not dispensed properly, an item missing which essential for her jab next Monday 30th September at 16,40 hours. I had to waste time queuing in the Chemists to find out about the discrepancy and back to the surgery. Ensure that repeat prescription which my wife ordered on line on 13th September 2019.
