Nice GP

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

The GP I saw wasn’t sure why I was seeing her and was a little cross with another GP for what she saw as passing the buck! Nice GP but not sure was professional to discuss air frustration.

Always receive great service

I have recently needed the services of Cosham Park House Surgery on a couple of occasions. I have always been treated with respect and have been able to get advice or a consultation for whatever I needed, whether to see a doctor or have the flu jab or an asthma checkup. I have absolutely no complaints with the practice at all.

Crookhorn Lane Surgery

I have always been able to speak or meet with a Doctor when I need to at this Surgery. The staff are familiar to me and I really appreciate how they work within the Practice. The on-line booking system is also good for repeat prescriptions and sometimes you can find an appointment on there!

My husband and I are very happy to be patients at Crookhorn surgery and feel very fortunate to have the staff that you provide from GP's to receptionists.
Always helpful and kind and we don't hear many people moaning about your service like we do from other people about their Doctors. It's very difficult to provide a perfect service when GP's are in so short supply but Crookhorn surgery does it's up-most to deliver a good service.

Long telephone waiting times

Great to get telecare home consultations however the telephone management system requires improvement could not get through to general enquiring line at all. Also telephone waiting times are atrocious.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

Polite, understanding and supportive

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I saw Dr Chhapia to review my medications; he was polite, understanding, supportive and I felt like we worked together. He listened to my concerns and dealt with me in a compassionate and professional manner. As a health professional myself I was impressed, relieved and happy with my consultation. I have had very negative dealings with another Dr at the surgery so this was a huge relief to have a Dr listen to me and take into account my concerns and medical history.

Was seen quickly

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

After trying to get an appointment for some weeks I was told to go to St Mary’s walk in centre. The doctor there said he couldn’t help me I needed to be referred to QA by my doctor. I went straight to GP surgery with note I was give. Receptionist made an appointment I was seen in an hours time by GP who done referral. I now have appointment at QA max face on Friday 19th September.
