Saw a Dr who whilst polite and knowledgeable was already running over 30 minutes late by my 9.45 am apt. Prescribed antibiotics and was told these could be collected immediately as he was emailing the adjacent chemist the prescription. After waiting 30 mins at chemist and with the chemist constantly refreshing his computer, he said the prescription had not arrived by email. I Returned to Dr receptionist and stood in another queue, only to be advised, oh that's because that Dr isn’t qualified to sign the prescription, you need to wait for someone else to sign it! This happened all day yesterday! Another 30 minute wait. Once again an initial good consultation but with poor management of activity. Surely the Dr knew the pharmacist couldn’t accept an unsigned prescription. Surely there is no point having a Dr not qualified to sign them, or at least one that doesn’t tell you that it can be collected immediately. Why, if as the reception told me, and others the same problem arose throughout the previous day causing complaints, was the procedure not rectified? I am partially sighted, so going backwards and forwards is not ideal, but as a full time working employee I was more disappointed that I had to spend almost 2 hours at an apt that actually took just a few minutes, just for antibiotics. Really sad but I’m sincerely considering changing doctors now and in talking to others at the pharmacy, so are many others.

Just a regular blood test appointment, all done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Didn't even have to wait. I got called almost as soon as I sat down to wait my turn. Normally would use service at Crookhorn surgery but I couldn't get an appointment within 5 days of the NHS 'recommended' appointment date, but was able to at this Portsdown Group surgery.

I was impressed with the receptionist who talked me through the process for blood pressure testing and the blood tests I needed.

I am rather surprised that the Dr is now doing vaccinations which although they are all excellent is an expensive staffing resource? Also anticipated wait 20mins was much longer so I had to leave, hence vaccination not received.

The appointment was on time and completed excellently.

I went in on time and the results were on line the next day.

Appointment was kept on time, Dr. Babatulu was most efficient and very gentle and caring.

It was easy to get an appointment because I was online, not so easy if you have to call. Doctor was running late as usual but did check me over and explained well so I was happy with appointment, he also gave me my second MMR injection too, so I didn't need another appointment.

After phoning for a routine doctors appointment, I was advised my condition may be more urgent, and a doctor would phone me back to make an assessment. I was called back within 10 minutes, and a doctor booked me an appointment with a paramedic at Cosham Park House Surgery. Within 35 minutes of my initial phone call I was seen by the paramedic. Excellent service received throughout from highly professional people.

The appointment was good. Roughly on time and was dealt with respectfully.

Received a Text Message to say that this winters flu jab was available and that I could "pop" into the Surgery without an appointment. True - but not quite! I was on my was back from Heathrow airport and thought the as I was almost passing the surgery on my way home I would just "pop" in! HOWEVER what I had not read - indeed if it was there - from the Text - was that this was not possible between 12:00 and 14:00 - bad news for me as I arrived at 12:05! However, I went back the next day at a time more convenient for the Surgery and after a short wait of about 20 minutes I got the inoculation which took about 14 nanoseconds!

I have little or no confidence in the team. Waited 7 weeks for a B12 appointment at Paulsgrove Surgery. Spent most of last Tuesday trying to get an "urgent" appointment.

Given the flu jab as quick as a flash didn't feel a thing, brilliant thanks.

I rang because my annual check letter was late and was given an appointment for the feet check because the reception could not give a blood test etc. The diabetic nurse said because of recent non fasting checks in Q.A. I did not need the annual check but did the feet check and then gave me the annual flu jab. I am happy with the care at Kingston Crescent.

Nice people but hard to get to see them! Didn't really sort the issue I was seeing them about or seem to take on board my concerns, lots of hand patting and continue with physio but I did leave with a script that let me go back to work admittedly with the issues still on going and not really controlled but in slightly less pain than I was in.

A very nice new Dr to the surgery as I understand Simon, very nice and helpful.

Quick and easy service for a tetanus and MMR jab.

Service provided by all the staff at Kingston surgery was first class.

The appointment was attended by myself and had the pleasure of a senior practice nurse and a 3rd year student. Both were very good and carried out the removal of the staples very well.
In general it is a very frustrating practice, I can’t just phone at anytime to make an appointment, you are given a ridiculous day and time to phone up, which is when everyone will be phoning. If I am at work I don’t have a chance of making an appointment. So generally the service is appalling.

Very helpful staff and all went the extra mile to help me and get me an emergency appointment with my midwife for the following day.
