Excellent service

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Walk-in-Flu Jab. As a result of your text informing me Flu jab was due, I arrived with my husband just after noon.
I was informed that I was not in the correct time slot, but was given the jab also the MMR jab as was my husband.
Excellent service as usual.

We are currently working hard to reduce our 'Do Not Attends' Thank you for your feedback, we are currently working hard to reduce our 'Do Not Attends'in August at Cosham Park House alone, 68 appointments were not attended, this is a total of lost clinician time of 50.7 hours or 2.1 weeks, an average cost of £1,500. If these had been cancelled more appointments would have been available to others.

Long wait times to get appointments

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Spent all day trying to get an appointment, seen by nurse/paramedic. Told 'virus' - Not examined properly. Referred for blood tests, which had to be repeated. Went into surgery for results & told they weren't back, only to get a text 30 mins later telling me I had to repeat the blood tests - no one could tell me why, only a Doctor can tell you that but you can't get an appointment with a doctor- managed to get a phone call booked in for 1 week later. You have to suffer in silence and pain, this surgery is not giving a good service to its patients. Too many patients not enough Doctors.
