My recent appointment with Dr M was fab. He was so nice, put me at ease as was nervous to have injection. Nurse really lovely and interested in me as had interview after injection.

Doctor was nice

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I visited my doctor, he made new appointment for me - to visit female doctor. So, my visit was pointless as I did not have any recommendations, tests or treatment. I took a day off for that visit and have to do it again.
Doctor was nice, as all of them at my surgery.

Polite and helpful, treated extremely well

As a family we have always been treated extremely well by the Crookhorn surgery. The receptionists are polite and helpful. We have belonged to Portsdown Group Practice for many years and will certainly continue to remain patients.

Crookhorn Lane Surgery

I took my own blood pressure reading twice on the pod in the waiting room. Both times the result was extremely high and when I saw the doctor was told the machine was temperamental and not accurate, so what is the point of having it and scaring patients with the results.

Treated with utmost courtesy, kindness and understanding

My husband has Alzheimer's so I am writing this review. From first to last we were treated with the utmost courtesy, kindness and understanding. Although there was a slight delay, we were told and informed when we were next in. Our Dr. apologised for the delay and thanked us for waiting. Thank you.

Quick appointment when necessarry

Had an issue that the surgery assessed as needing a quick appointment, and so was seen quickly. Doctor very professional as usual. This practice is operating under the same problems as the rest of the NHS, and I've only ever experienced a good service considering those limitations.

The receptionist was so helpful to me as I'm elderly and don't always understand. She explained, took time and sorted me out brilliantly. Blood test nurse was excellent as usual no trouble getting quick appointments and helpful Mandy is always so helpful and caring.

Appalling

I cannot belive I was in excruciating pain and when I got through to an emergency appointment at 10am they said for me to ring back at 3pm...!! As they had no emergency appointments until that time.. Once I'd seen a doctor I asked for him to help me up due to the pain I was in and he just touched my arm.. No help at all there..! Also all he done was send me to A&E as there was no point examining me due to the pain I was in... This is a shoddy doctors surgery it's not the first time I've had issues there..!

The nurse was outstanding

The nurse was outstanding. Nikki I think was her name. Was kind, assertive and went the extra mile to help me out. Best nurse visit ever. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with this surgery.
