I came for my smear test on 28/09/19. I did not have to wait long under 5 mins. The Nurse was good and explained everything. It took another 5 minutes. I was out of the surgery very fast. Was pleased.

Dr Stubbs was extremely friendly and explained everything clearly so that I understood what was going to happen and why, she is one of the best Dr's at the surgery and I would like to see her in the future for further appointments.

After asking to be referred back to st Mary’s skin clinic I received the form for an appointment.
To me this is urgent but alas I have got to wait till 23rd December and I am devastated and don’t know what to do next. My eczema on the bottom of my feet is so painful.

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

This was my first visit to Kingston Crescent Surgery after recently moving from Hayward Road Surgery.
Although I was impressed with the overall setup I am at a loss to understand why a simple blood testing should go so wrong! Several unsuccessful attempts later the nurse hit a vein which resulted in a lot of bleeding and a large lump appearing which needed considerable pressure to stop the bleeding. It was decided not to proceed further & I was told to make a further appointment in a few weeks time & sent home with a plaster on my arm & told to keep up the pressure until the bleeding had stopped & the lump had gone down. By the time I got home a very large dark bruise had appeared under the skin & next morning it was even bigger & darker. The lump didn’t disappear for several more days & there are still signs of the bruise 8 days later. I feel serious re-training is required to prevent this happening again. Let’s hope I am luckier next time.

Wonderful contact with staff. Horrifying trying to get in touch.

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

My mother needed treatment and review. I had very great difficulty getting in touch with the Group Practice.
Mum had a fall, I was unable to contact the Surgery. The urgent contact number cut me off. The routine contact number could not help.
The St Mary's Treatment unit took time to realise she had to be transferred to QAH.
Mum's routine and mental capability does not allow for calls at 8am.

Caring, efficient, helpful, kind

I have recently had open heart surgery so have had these doctors to see me a few times as I could not get to my surgery because of a fractured spine makes it hard to walk. The doctors have been really kind and caring and very understanding. They explain things to me so I could understand and when they left I felt a little better and not so worried about the reason I had to have them in.

I find the online service excellent, it's very easy to use and I have been able to choose appointments from those available. The practice is excellent for offering urgent appointments especially for my little boy. The doctors and staff are very helpful and caring but professional.

I have B12 injections every few weeks, unfortunately this time the reception booked me firstly into a nurse clinic where the nurse could not deliver this injection and I had to wait one further week for the B12. With the B12 you do get very tired before the next one is due and to wait another week because your reception staff do not know which nurses can deliver which injections is very troubling.
