Unnecessary Visit - System glitch

I was given an appointment for 02:30pm. On NHS app it said face to face and I also got appointment reminder as well. Got there, logged in and it says to wait and when it was 14:30 I got a call and doctor said it was a phone appointment. I went there from portsmouth to attend the appointment. Need to sort out system to be more clear.

Blood test

The Gentleman that did my blood test was amazing, didn’t hurt at all, I wasn’t left with a massive bruise. He talked to me about different things whilst he did, diverting my attention. The TLC he showed was impeccable and shone through.

False record on my profile

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Looking at my records of past appointments I noticed a record of a CHD, face to face appointment on Tuesday 30th Sept with Mr. Sukhjeet Powar. This record indicated that I had walked out. I never had an appoinment on this date and I would certainly not have been so rude as to walk out. It is important and my right through GDPR to have this record corrected.
My other appointments at Cosham Park House have been satisfactory. Thank you.

Clean, tidy practice.
Helpful nurse Trish, explained treatment fully.
However review appointment came through which conflicts with another appointment so had to cancel. Would be beneficial if another appointment was booked for me.

Cervical screening

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Easy to book. Appointment more or less on time. Local with free parking. Nurse was gentle and the cervical screening procedure seems to have improved a lot in the last 5 years in terms of levels of discomfort, compared to c.15 years ago !!

Today's visit

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I am very disappointed that, although registered with Crookhorn Surgery, I get sent to Cosham/ Kingston surgeries. Crookhorn is an 'exercised' 5minute walk, whereas into Portsmouth is not convenient. All staff are always very professional and kind.
